With the bad weather I noticed something interesting. Try to reverse up a slight incline in ice/snow and the Z4M goes nowhere. I take it it's the large lump at the front and lack of weight over the rear wheels?

Having 265s on the back does not help The battery in non-M Z4s is at the back of the car too - below the boot floor though, so unlike you M-driver's, us poverty spec drivers have more of a useful boot :wink:mikedav said:partly why they moved the battery to the boot in the M
Actually when I looked into the boot of a Z4M Coupe I was shocked how much room that box took up!!a11y said:I found the same in my non-M: OK going forwards but useless trying to reverse in snow. I got stuck trying to reverse into my garage on a flat bit of ground. Loads of throttle sorted that though.

The diff too I heard, cooling fins making it too bulky? :idunno:mikedav said:Damn, of course, you are right - same as the E46 Coupe...I guess they must have moved it 'up' because of the M exhaust?
I don't think I want to know how you know that...mmm-five said:Don't worry, you can still fit a fully grown male in there - if you try hard enough :|
