a little advice please chaps...be gentle on me!!
SMG.... i have had the car a couple of weeks now and it has played up a little... today when i was cleaning the leather i popped the roof down and left the ignition on without the engine running.
then it started beeping... a few beeps later the little gear logo lit up in the dash.
So, turned off, then back on again and gear logo went.
this happened 3 or 4 times in the hour i was out there.
this beeping and logo has happened twice when driving, again the 'engineers master reset' worked and then no more issue for the rest of the journey. On both occasions it happened very early in the journey.
anyone experienced this? know what it is? how to fix it?
my uneducated guess is that it maybe low on hydraulic, but pure speculation... is there a way for me to check?
