Smart top problems

OK, I've installed my Smart Top module.

The door mirrors open and close
The windows go up and down

The roof however does not open or close
If I try and open the roof with the fob, nothing happens
If I try and open it from the console I get the red roof warning bong symbol on dash

If I unplug the module and revert to factory set up the roof opens and closes fine

I have plugged it the module into my PC and it says it is working fine and I have the latest firmware

I have checked the connector for bent pins and they look fine

Any one any ideas?
 
put the load cover in the correct position?

these connectors have to be in their fully closed position. You know the leaver that you operate to remove the plug, it HAS to me down and latched correctly. this appears to happen to most guys that instal it. It happened to me!!
 
particularly the one on the control box (2 or 3 units side by side)

AND it has to be right down and engaged.

I've tried reconnecting it about 5 times...

Is the green LED light supposed to flash? Mine is solid

TBH if it wasn't plugged in correctly surely the mirrors or 1 touch windows wouldn't work (which do)

as you pressing the roof down button on the console like a mouse click?

mail support they are really helpful!
