Slight smoke from exhaust

Has anyone experienced this after switching the engine off? Its an 18i :oops:

Its very slight, seems to be the left pipe, but someone at work noticed it about 15 mins after I arrived. No smell, so I read it may be condensation after googling? First time its been below 0 so far and car is kept outside.
 
My money is it's not smoke, its steam and yes after you turn off the engine some is still left in the pipe and it will come out.
 
Thanks, puts my mind at rest. Will keep an eye on it.

Got it booked in for the bouncing windows next week anyway.
