Skyer Cup Holder

Looks a great idea, but a long way back. Have to be a contortionist to get that out safely.
I feel it is a triumph of design over function.
I have just had to bin an airbag control module because it sits under there and someone spilt vape fluid by trying to store it in the coin holder. It totally wrote off the airbag module.
So I'd be worried that a stray elbow could cause an expensive spillage.
I'm also intrigued to see how the storage lid folds down with that cup holder fitted?
Surely easier to fit the proper ones, which in my experience work fine if you look after them.
