Silver E85 Spring Clean

After seeing all of these clean zed's popping up on here, I thought I'd better give mine a bit of a tidy up. I gave it a quick going over at a friends the other day before popping down a car meet (taking 1000 miles of Lake district dirt off of it), but the 50 odd miles we did on salty roads at some fun speeds made it filthy again. :evil:

So with today being quite sunny (but cold) I got my cleaning bits and bobs and gave it a good going over, I even SRP'd a few panels with what I had left, but I'll be polish, waxing and treating the seats it next weekend if I can as I had none of that to hand.

I created quite a puddle where I washed the car so I decided to leave the tyre shine until I got somewhere to take some photos. I arrived at my random photo location to realise I'd left it on my front step so excuse the lack of shiny tyres. :roll:

I've got a few changes planned, this should be the last time you see it on these wheels. It's not CSL's, but I've got something else in the pipeline, there might also be some eibachs coming in the summer and a possible face lift front bumper

I must admitt, I was extremely luck with the seats. I'm currently looking into getting some Amarone gear gaitor and hangbrake gaitors made up just to finish it off in there.

Ranski, we can swap if you want? Cars I mean :evil:

Its ok :wink: my favourite colour is sterling grey, well for now

PS I owned the amarone seats, then sold them onto flatout as they didnt match my interior, I think you bought them off him

Give fabdirect a call as i sourced the seats from there - they may still have the gaitor etc

You diamond, didn't realise you had them first. I was worried about the colour of them TBH, but they match silver perfectly (in my opinion).

Your car does have some definite advantages over mine way past colour, the headlights, the bumpers, the exhaust, damn I'm just plain jealous. I'd love a look around yours but I'd end up spending a fortune on mine I think.

I'll call fab and see if they have them. That'll sort me right out. How comes you didn't get them in the first place?
