Sill removal

Anyone ever removed the plastic sills.
The previous owner looks like they try to lift the car on the sill and dented it.
I managed to get it mostly back into shape using a hot air gun, but looks like it would be better if I could apply the heat from the inside, without burning the paint.
Looks underneath like a row of plugs, do they just pull out?

Should have looked at this first, answers my question;

Fixings look the same foe E85/6.

Bolt probably front and back, plastic rivets underneath with pull out centre pin to release. Then two part clips on the side that pull apart.

No, the sill. Had them off today. Bolt each end plus the plugs in the bottom.
Then pull horizontally at the middle, front and rear and they come off.
A lot of mud collected underneath so gave a good clean out.
Then had another go at reducing the dent with a hot air gun.
Still a minor dent so might go to a body shop and have it done professionally, as it annoys me to hell as I look at it everyday.
They can have a look at a few other marks as well as a chip on bonnet.
