Does anyone have a link for repair/replacement for these?

Mirror isn’t heated I don’t think but does power fold in via button.

Thanks

Don't fully understand your questions :?
Are you after a new mirror glass ? If so why ? or are you asking if your mirror is or should be heated ? If so the answer is all Z4s have heated wing mirrors , there is no on-off switch for this feature , they are on heated whenever the ignition is on ( yea i know seems a little stupid  )
If you think its not heating that's most likely due to having had a cheapo replacement mirror at some point that has no connection for the wire spade connections

Looks like it has a big ol' crack on the right hand side of the glass.
They can be purchased from lots of places such as 'the wing mirror company' online.
Not sure what they cost from the BMW dealer but avoid the super cheap ones on eBay.

Bear in mind that the glass you linked is simply self adhesive and sticks over the top of the broken piece. That is what I was getting at when I suggested the cheap eBay ones are best avoided.
(Not that it is necessarily poor quality, the wing mirror company tend to sell decent products)

Yes, it will do. However, it is kinda a bodge job and will be far more likely to fall back off one day. If your mirror heating currently doesn't work it would be better to purchase a heated unit and repair it properly.
For the sake of an extra 5-10 quid, I would buy the whole glass, heat element and mounting clip assembly. The same seller does sell the entire assembly.

Just my 2 pennies :)
