I’ve just acquired a straight set of style 107’s which will be off for a refurb,

Keen to see pics of E85’s wearing them, and to know what size spacers (if any) you have fitted

Thanks in advance

Just bought a set and they are away for powder coating then new Sportmaxx rt2's

They look awesome and require no spacers as they are original fitment for E85's

Usually quite expensive as well. (if you can find a set)

Nice, thanks Gents... interesting... two in shadow Chrome and yet once looks much darker than the other.

Evening, I realise they don’t need spacers to fit, but spacers make them fill the arches much more effectively

It depends how the light catches them :)

There's actually different shades of shadow Chrome. I asked for a very light shade as I wasn't keen on the darker ones, which looks almost anthracite.

I think it depends on how dark the initial coat is, as they spray silver on top of black to achieve shadow Chrome, from what I remember the guy saying.

This is direct sunlight:

And then in the shade:

I quite like the shadow look. Think I’ll consider it when refurbishing mine

Had mine done in “Sparkle” very subtle but in the right light they pop nicely.
Don’t own it anymore but loved it.

When I bought my car it came with 108s but I got them changed to 107s. No regrets.

I never liked this style wheel, In fact when I purchased my first z4, I dismissed several cars that had this style wheel on, (not just for that reason mind), I just didn’t get the style.
Several years later and now I don’t own a zed, I find myself looking at them on eBay and this wheel would be my 1st choice now.
Shadow chrome for me, I too prefer the lighter colour similar to bens, looks absolutely spot on.
This wheel is just a classic style that just suits the zed to a tee👍
