Should there be velcro in drop down?

Hi all,as above ive seen a pic somewhere on here with a strip of velcro near the pen holder in the drop down compartment,has this been added as a 'mod'?

If you mean in the compartment next to the pen holder, that is vaguely mobile phone sized, then I think it must be standard. All the ones I looked at had velcro there. I use it to secure the remote control for my multimedia interface.

not in face lift I would say as I haven't

Nope - I haven't got it in my 07 Coupe either, so looks like it may have been dropped with the face lift.

My 2005 had velcro, my 2007 has none.
