Should I get a service ?

Picking up my 03 3.0 next Friday and it has not had a service since January 2010 (negotiated on price for that), but should I get one now - I think it says '000's of miles until next service due but has only covered 4K miles since then.

I'm tempted to get an Inspection 1 done at the local dealer (unless I can find a reputable indie nearby) just to be on the safe side?
 
I would. For peace of mind. Oil quality will deteriorate over that period of time. Definitely get a service done :thumbsup:

Think on the time based schedule it is more than two years, so I'd say yes. Others more knowledgeable than me on here though :thumbsup:
 
Definatley, if it not seen a service for two years then get it done. Will probably need the brake fluid changing as well. Which is extra to an inspection1.
