Been a couple of posts RE what measures personal happiness or success & alongside both are those small things that happen to make your day worthwhile or just generally make you feel good .
As in earlier when i came across a post on my son's Instagram page

he's 24 & i couldn't be more pleased how he's becoming a adult when at times in his teenage years i was ready to bury him :o

I dropped my dad off in the car park of the pub the other night. It was busy and his friend's were sat in the beer garden from where you can see the car park.

I saw him again today and he said that his friend's were asking about the car and had said what a nice car it was.

Lunch today with my wife and 2 daughters.

Celebrated the youngest at 24 qualifying as a corporate lawyer for the worlds largest law firm.

You don't need to convince me of the pleasure of van ownership , since first becoming self employed 30yrs ago i have always had one in my life in some form
Whether Merc Sprinters or as the last 5 years a Vauxhall Astravan :) Have also slept in the back of mine many times on roadtrips to France in the middle of the night , van love is strong in me
