The corrosion/scuffing damage is reasonably light, but consistent across all 4 wheels. Current ebay prices suggest around £450-500 or so for a clean set, so I'll be looking for about £280 for these 4. You should be able to get a clean top quality refurb of all 4 for barely into 3 figures, or obviously for cost of equipment if you fancy a DIY job.
2 tyres aren't worth selling, but one front and one rear (both OEM Bridgestone RFTs) have quite a lot of mills left each - they've only done about 4k miles since being put on.
So, to confirm: it's 4 alloys, one rear tyre, one front tyre.
