I have done a search but it all confusing. Can someone please explain how bmw servicing works ertc. Like intervals etc for an 06 z4 3.0si.

Thanks

It goes....

15k miles -- Oil service
30k miles -- Inspection 1
45k miles -- Oil service
60k miles -- Inspection 2
75k miles -- Oil service
90k miles -- Inspection 1
etc....

Brake fluid is every 2 years, think this is correct??

The service interval is not determined by a certain set mileage. It's variable and determinded directly by the car's gas consumption and indirectly by the driver's driving style or condition. Just go by what the service indicator tells you, and get an oil change at least every 2 years. For those who are in the U.S. and still have valid original warranty, you get a free annual oil change (from your last oil change) at the dealers.

Can anyone clarify the above is correct? Seen a car I want that is 2 years old, but it has never been serviced... Any ideas?

If I am right servicing is every 15K or 2 years which ever is sooner, however makesure that car has been serviced before you buy it!

My car has done nearly 2.3k miles already, and says 13800 to service, so 16.5k already give or take on the current oil etc, and I've been averaging about 28mpg. A car averaging 32mpg if it was a motorway car could probably see 20k intervals.
