The Enclosed file is an .EXE file hoaxed as a PDF. quite clever really! obviously stupid enough to think that DHL deliver on a Sunday haha which the 24th was.

coming from past experience and my dodgy past lol opening a file like that could give complete and utter control of your system over to the person sending the email, from there they would have access to everything. every username and password every typed into a website could be retrieved within 30 seconds, including online backing, ebay, paypal. Everything. could also monitor them with live screen viewing and webcam activation. not to mention the ability to steal any file that you have on your computer.
