pole positions dont fit properly, id research this subject in some detail and actually don't to the trouble of measuring exactly what will and won't fit...
when i say it won't fit, it fouls the door card on closing, so will work but will be rubbing on the door card with the door closed which for me isn't acceptable. Some don't care however. You could have the shoulders modded and it will be fine. measure the stock seat width and you'll be able to see exactly what your working with.

For me the tillet b5 is the best option for this car, but its HARDcore really unless you have a weekend toy. I've had all the hardware to fit seats for over 1.5 years now, but never really made the jump on changing the seats, i do actually love the stock seats but the weight is a real problem for me. They fit my slim frame perfectly.

in both my Zed and S2000. It works really well to keep your pelvis planted in the seat between the bolsters and increases seat-of-the-pants feedback. It's less effective than the harness and bucket seat in my Westy but it also cost only £50.
My grand plans to replace the seats in my Zed were put on hold mainly by a combination of fitment issues and cost, but also because this works very well.

Phil, I found a carbon corsa sparco seat which just fits, for around £450 out of fia date. Pretty sure their dimensions haven't changed much over the years but check with Sparco. Of course it's a fixed bucket so there are no adjustments to be made, but it is on runners. Custom box section steel mounts are simple enough to have done (pm me if you want info I think it cost me £100 or so), and create a low mounting point as opposed to the sparco specific mount which was a joke. As said, make sure you take measurements before spending a wad, many buckets will not fit, you can see the issue below. Mine couldn't be any closer.
Do it though, the difference is night and day IMO, best mod I've done to any car, although the airbox noise hmmm
I didn't bother with the passenger side. My seat was 6kg + 3or4 I guess for the steel and runners. OEM came in at 29kg IIRC when I weighed it.

I have the Tillett seats in my car - they fit perfectly with lots of room, but as mentioned not a cheap option, though the GRP version is cheaper than the full carbon option.
As well as the seats you need to budget for side mounts, runners, frames/brackets plus a ton of odds and ends - bolts, spacers, etc.. And probably a good day of mucking about getting the position just so.
If you want harnesses as well then you need to carefully plan how you will mount them. However, the Tillets have very low sides so they will work fine with the inertia belts.
