Seatbelt

My passenger seatbelt has become a little 'floppy' and doesn't return when let go anymore.

Is this likely to be the seatbelt tensioner? Could it be anything else? Anyone know how much the part costs/whether replacing it is something that you can do at home?

Going off some advice I received on PH, i cleaned the far end of the belt with a damp cloth and have since sprayed some silicone lubricant onto the end of it to work its way into the system.

Worked a treat
