Does anyone have detailed knowledge of the seat wiring in the Z4? Or know where to find wiring information?
John-Z4 and I fitted RX8 seats at the weekend and the are all powered up for movement. We have reused the z4 seat belts and tensioners. That just leaves getting the seat heating to work from the Z4 buttons.
Now, on the Z4 loom for the seat there is three blocks of wiring. Two are all used and accounted for, but one is left unused and we can't account for all of the wires. It seems fairly obvious that the two thicker wires are for the heating power itself, but that still leaves a few (will post pictures this weekend) wires we can't explain.
Can't really see it but it's the main seat wiring with the yellow blocks in the picture below
