As some of you may know, I was unlucky enough to havea BMW Emergency Service agent put 3 deep scratches on the base of my lovely leather seat:

Well, after nearly 3 months of arguing, I was finally told to take my car to the local dealer where a specialist smart repair guy would try his best and fix it. Hmmmmm.....
I was really dubious, as the scratches were quite deep and had taken off the top surface of the leather, but decided to give it a try.
I met the guy, Robert from Trimline NI based in Belfast (07774 690949) and this is what he did:

Now it takes a lot for me to be impressed (I am the fussiest bu**er out there when it comes to my Zed!) but as hard as I try I cannot see ANY trace of those darn scratches! I have looked and looked and nothing. He even managed to re-texture the surface to match and get the glossiness of the leather the same. He even touched in a small area elsewhere on the seat while he was at it for free.
I have has smart repairs done before on various other vehicles some really poor some very good.... but this guy does seriously good work. He was really friendly and professional and told me he had been doing only dashboard and leather repairs for 13 years - which put me at ease seeing as he was about to attack my pride and joy with some stain :rofl:
If you happen to be in Northern Ireland and need some work done, he comes well recommended!
