Seat removal = airbag light!!!!

Hi removed my pasenger seat today to clean under it.
Now the air bag light is on!!
How can i stop light??????????

You need to get that reset at your dealer mate. Takes about 5 minutes to do.

On my last car if u unplugged any airbag connector and then turned on ignition you would get the light.

Only way to turn it off was using a laptop.

Thanks for the info, looks like another trip to the dealer then, so i may aswell remove my drivers seat and clean under ther also or will this create more problems????????

Your mistake was to turn on the ignition while the airbag circuit was disconnected. As soon as you do that it trips the circuit. In any event for your own safety you should have had the battery disconnected 15 mins before breaking the circuit.

As said dealer or indy to reset it
