Seat Belts Chaffing

Don't suppose there's an easy fix, but does anyone else have problems with the seat belt rubbing on your neck where it goes through the guide on the seat?
I am 6ft tall, so not overly large or small, and find it bludy annoying!! :evil:
 
Yep - I'm at the opposite end off the growth spectrum and have the same problem - Bludy annoying as you say! :evil:

I have a problem with the seatbelt too. Fucking annoying oversight - I do a lot of long journeys and it can be quiet uncomfortable. Even so, no way I would ever have a set of seatbelt pads.
