Seat belt retainer question

Ive bought a pair of M Sports Seats.
The seat belt retainers were posted separately.

2 questions:

I haven't got the screws/bolts, does it need a specific kind of screw/bolt to fix to the seat?

How does the plastic insert come out so I can place the seat belt into the slot, I've read somewhere that you pull it but I dont want to force it and break the thing?

I nudged my seat belt retainer accidentally a while back & it just slid backwards (thought I'd broken it!) it just clipped back into place, I'm pretty sure it slipped towards the boot?
I should think it's retained onto the seat by a machine screw & Not a self tapper?
To save possibly damaging your seats I'd get them from a dealer & not take a chance with anything else.
