Seat backs keep falling off..

Hey all! My car has been relatively trouble free over the past 6 years, except one thing that keeps bothering me...

The seat backs keep falling off!! My main issue is with the passenger one. My driver one fell off late last year and I clicked it back in (and the bottom seemed to click in strongly) and hasn't moved since !! with my passenger seat however, I've slide the top catches in and pulled and tried to click in the two side ones however it doesn't seem to be clicking in at the bottom, and thus after a few days it falls off again...

I'm sorry if my explanation is a bit elementary and confusing.. But has anyone else experienced this problem? And is there an easy fix for it without having to go to a dealership?
 
i've answered my own question.. all of the clips are on the passenger seat except there seem to be two little screws/rivets at the bottom missing. does anyone know if these can be purchased separately and the part number for these.. or what type of screws go in there so i can go down to my local hardware store and buy a coupe?? as I'd rather not have to order a whole new seatbacking just for two screws.

Not sure if you know RealOEM, but if you click the seats link at the top that will give you other options. This is pre-facelift, if you have a facelift car you may want to start again going through and selecting you exact model.
