scuttle panel drains

when i wash the coupe i notice water collects in the corners of the scuttle under the bonnet, have sucked it out and pushed a flexi plastic tube down the drain holes and blown it through , i can hear it almost at the bottom of the front wheelarch, but water is still collectin there, anyone else had this or knows how to solve it, thanks

It could be related to a blocked front scuttle drain as featured in the below thread. I think you are describing clearing the run-off outlet that moves water behind the wheel arch liner AFTER it has left the scuttle box. If that wheel arch run off is clear you may need to clear the main front drain as described here
