Screeching windows !!

Has anyone had noisy screeching electric windows due to perished rubbers that the windows slide through I think, if anyone has and sorted it I'd like to know how it was done pls, cheers

New rubbers? Just a thought?

Or, give the rubbers a good clean with mild soapy water....

Is changing the rubbers a easy fix or a garage job tho ?

Put a small amount of silicone lubricant into rubber sliders then open and close them a few times. Be careful not to get any silicone all over the glass because it's hard to remove.

Just kept a cloth handy to wipe windows for a few days,my passenger window made a terrible screeching sound but the wd40 worked a treat
