Yesterday I noticed a big scuff above the rear wheel arch - strange as it seems too high up to have been caused by someone scraping it as they parked behind my car on the road. When I looked at it further, I saw an 8 inch long scratch on the boot lid, just by the rear window. I can't see any way that it could have been caused other than deliberately - one of the dangers of parking it on the road in London I suppose.
The scuff might just about be able to be polished out (although I'm no expert on this), but I think that the scratch is definitely too deep for the same treatment (the white beneath is visible and I can feel it with my fingernail), so looks like it will need something more serious.
Does anyone have any suggestions and/or recommendations for anyone to do the work in South London?
I've added a couple of photos below, although it's dark outside so they might not be that clear.
