Apparently from the end of the year the driving limit will drop from 80milligrams to 50 in line with Europe for Scotland,

England will remain at 80...

It's been coming for a while.... that 30mg reduction will save 3 billion lives a day. Really it will. Honestly. I was just reading in the newspaper today that drink driving rates are at an all time low in Scotland. Yep, until this new bit of pointless legislation comes in, and then drink drive rates will rocket, and the Scottish population will be branded as alcoholics. Everyone..... Utterly pointless.

And also, by the time they introduce minimum pricing on alcohol, it means that burglury, assualts, theft, muggings etc will all go up in order that the young reprobates can continue to binge drink on Buckfast and Vodka at the weekends...
