Scarborough Blast

Having a blast :driving: to Scarborough this Friday 24th Aug 6/7pm if anyones interested. Cafe open until midnight!
I'm leaving from Wakefield.
 
I am picking the Zed up early on Saturday from Carlisle and heading through the lakes on the way home, so will be available for a run out on Saturday evening if you are still up for that. I am sure I won't be bored of driving it by then! :driving: :driving:
 
Absolutely brilliant run out from Leeds to Scarborough through fantastic lanes that I did not know existed. Having picked the car up that day you can see it is meant to be driven and not just looked at.

I will definitely do it again so let me know when one is planned. Cannot recommend enough that anyone close joins us too.

Great roads and the fish & chips were not too bad either!

Glad you injoyed the run Rob and thanks for your company. Must say how well you handled the car at that pace to say you only picked it up a few hours before and didn't know the roads.
Carlisle next week and I'll take you up to Hartside cafe then down through the Yorkshire Dales, Epic Run!!
Thanks for the fish & chips my shout next time.

Sorry Andy, we didn't get to Scarborough until 8.30 we'd missed the heavy rain by minutes had roof down all the way and it was black when we arrived then the heavens opened, left for fish & chips at WetWang just got there it time for 9.30 close stopped for coffee Shurburn cafe on way home. Home for midnight. Had roads to ourselves there and back "Great Blast"
 
I got a few picks of two very dirty Z4 afterwards. Why not join us next time Andy?

The car drives great and I am very pleased with it, looking forward to the next run Mitchy!
