SatNav update?

Hi folks,

I'm considering updating the in car satnav dvd, it's currently 2006. Z4 3.0si

Would it just just be simply locating a later DVD and plug and play?

Do I have to delete or reset anything?

Any recommendations, links please?

It should just be a case of buying the newer sat-nad DVD to replace your's and swapping them over in the drive.

In some cases, depending how old the other version is and what version you buy, you may need to do a firmware upgrade to get a tiny bit more functionality.

what version dvd ie year as the newer ones require latest firmware v32.
