Satnav Software and Map update

Hi all,

new to the Z4's and my Z4M has the nav screen but seems to be on a really old map DVD and probably old software too. Wondered if anyone knows how/where to get the latest updates and map for the system? Not that I intend to use it much over my phone, but I'd just like to know that if needed, it's fully upto date as possible.
