Sat nav

Hi , I have a Z4 3.0 E85 with sat nav built in . The flip up screen keeps going off and re booting every minute or so for around 20 mins then it's ok. The sound doesn't go off though when the screen goes off. Any ideas?.

+1 - see a dodgy disk do this before. I usually backup my OEM nav disk and if its a bad copy, it will do this.

Ah it could well be the sat nav CD as I bought a 2015 upgraded copy when I got the car so ill put my original one back in and see what happens.
