Well said good bye to my E86 Coupe yesterday... The time had come to let it go, due to just not having the time to use it.
Sold it to a fellow forum member Adybish, who came down on the train from London with his wife and drove it away yesterday evening. He let me know that they arrived home safely and had a lovely drive back.
Really nice to meet you and your wife Ady. Enjoy the car.
Hopefully it will not be my last Z4, but for now I have to buy a new work car..

What could replace it Pkrs1?? Well on the hit list is a 5 series G31 Touring, to replace my Ford Mondeo company car, which runs out of its lease at the end of the month.
It's probably going to be a couple of years before I can finance another fun car! So I will have a little time to consider that question

Hey Wayne. Just seen your post! You may remember that I was worried about the coupe fitting in the garage...🙄 it fits like a glove!

Thanks once again for being a top fella. The car will be well looked after!

Dropped in on the place I used to holiday at as a kid, on the way home. Took the photo above. Took a steady scenic drive home, clocked up just under 300 enjoyable miles.

That sounds like a great transaction for both forum members, which is one of the best things about this forum.

I was really pleased that both the E86s I sold also went to forum members. :D

Thanks Ady, I'm glad it has gone to someone who can appreciate it for what it is. Good luck and look forward to following it on the Forum.
I have a G31 Touring on the drive now, but hope to get another E86 COUPE some day.

I'm not surprised - Z4s seem to be addictive!

Maybe an MC next time.
