Well had my first dealings with the above dealership regards a couple of niggles i had with my 18month old Z4,
Headlights needed re-aligning
f/o/s reflector replaced (original gone green due to water ingress)
Hood drain hole over drivers right shoulder not draining (turned out to be a stray bolt blocking the tube!)
Great service,
phoned up,car booked in and inspected all on the same day.I could have had the car back as well but they wanted to double check the Hood drain holes the following morning whilst it was washed :)
Picked it up today all very nice and clean, just what i like.

So far so good, will keep you informed of any further dealings.

How did you notice it wasn't draining? Looked at this on mine at the weekend and it wasn't obvious, was going to look again.

Mines going there in a couple of weeks for an inspection 1 so that's good to hear.

I had a really bad experience there last year with a complete tw4t salesman when they were nick whale BMW and after a letter of complaint I swore I'd never go there again.

But now they are Rybrook I thought I'd give them a go, and just because sales were bad it doesn't mean service will be. Mind you, if that sales guy is still there I might just show him my nice car I bought elsewhere due to his attitude! :-)

Bought my M from Rybrook Warwick a few weeks back, the salesman i dealt with was really good, could not do enough. Their sales manager was a bit too much for me, but the guy i dealt with made up for it. Went into Synter Leicester and they treated me like a complete idiot, especially being female when i said i wanted to test drive an M they had they said he thought it would be too much for me. How wrong he was!!!!!

Would be interested how the service dept is as Leicesters is meant to be good and is on the same ind est as work, though tempted to go back to Rybrook for the servicing as the sales where so good.

Good to hear their sales are better now then.

I made an appt last year a week in advance to test drive a 335i coupe. When I got there the car was blocked in and the sales guy told me he wasn't going to go to the effort of moving lots of cars unless I wanted to buy it!
Now to me if a customer has booked a test drive the car should be ready when they arrive. If they couldn't arrange it then they should have phoned and told me. I was still in the 'deciding what to buy' phase so no way would I commit to buying a car I hadn't yet driven. It was a 30 mile round trip to go there so to say I was a bit annoyed is an understatement!

Guy probably did me a favour tho as I didn't bother looking at another 335, once I'd driven the z4mc at another garage I'd made my mind up :)

Hi Andy ,As Paddy said just drop the hood and pour water down the voids(as i call them) i did not have to do this on the drivers side(just over your shoulder) as i could see the water just sitting there. :o

Mark W / Inuit, Both my parents used the dealership when it was Damon Hill but as soon as it changed to NickWhale they stopped and went to Sytner Cov.
"just somthing they didn't like there?" :!: Well i have now told them to try Rybrook Warwick, because for me (so far) they are very good. Its funny how things seem to differ with a name change as i'm sure the staff are mostly the same :?
My Z'd is going to them for its inspection 1 in July so i will lookout for your feedback regards the service & costs if you can?

The service manager is now a friend of mine (as I've been going there for the last 10 years!), Steve is a top bloke and will explore most every avenue he has to make sure your happy. Highly recommend them.

TBH I have always found the sales floor a bit uninterested and dare I say, dismissive, every time I have gone to buy something, hence the reason I've bought elsewhere, however I wouldn't dream of getting my car serviced by anyone else.
