Rusty doors!

After reading the "Potential coupe trouble spot" http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=27364
had a good look over the Z today found no rust on the tail gate :thumbsup:
but did find this on the doors where the doors meet the rubbers. :(
Just me or common? :cry:

In the 2nd photo you can see the rust mark on the rubber.

I can't entirely workout where those rust spots are, but they've originated from the other side of the metal join.

It's at the base of the door (handle end) just under the door card.

door cards on here somewhere :)
 
got to be honest when i was looking for my Z no thoughts were spent on rust issues but after reading the "rust" post yesterday i spent an hour after work today all around the hidden areas ( door hinges/inner wings engine area / hinges tailgate )
happy to find nothing & gave all areas a liberal ragging over with wd40 ? well it can't do any harm can it :?
