After seeing a vast amount of posts strongly suggesting you do away with the ridiculously hard run flats, I've gone and replaced with a fresh set of non-run flat tyres, and WOW!!!! I see what all the talk was about, the difference is like night and day!!!

Welcome to the light.

Have you adjusted your tyre pressures at all for the none run flats or kept them at the bmw recommended pressures?
Oh, and what tyres did you buy?

I run non rft's GY asym, 18 inch, 38 front also 38psi rears. Rft rear was recommended 42 on a 23i, but too hard, tyre crown wears and a bit jumpy.
MOT station checked wear and was even across all tyres.
They even adjusted my headlights, up.

Your 38 front on 18s is 2 above the maximum on the B pillar of my 35iS.
Your 38 rear is 6 below.
