Run flat sensor warning lights

I have 3 coming on after driving for a short distance. They aren't on after turning car off and then on again. Kwikfit say tyres and pressures are fine.

I did have a suspension arm and bushing replaced yesterday, could the sensor have been knocked or the tracking be off and trigger this?

This isn't mine but it has the same 3 lights (the one at the bottom where it says reset is lit up on my dash the 3rd yellow light)

When dash lights have come on with other members, It's been an issue with a battery on it's way out, may be worth getting your battery tested too.

I don't think my E85 has run-flat sensors, but my last three 5-series have had. The latest car uses pressure sensors, but the older cars (2008, 2010) had a system that monitors the rotational speed of the wheels. A wheel with a flat tyre has a smaller circumference so it spins faster. It could be that's how your wheel alignment fixed the problem.
