Because they are not very good. They have never qualified for the Rugby World Cup,ever..They did win a Euro Nations Div.2 title once but were relegated straight back.
They Don't Like It Up 'Em Mr. Mainwaring......to coin a phrase......
I've always found it odd that they've not taken to the game.
They have some big lads and some athletic abilty and with neighbours who play - I'm puzzled.
