Ruff idle

Hi jumped in my car this morning to goto work, and when I started I had a very erratic idle. Also noticed that the ambient temp was showing -0.5 . As I drove to work the temp went down to about -3. The car pulled ok but at traffic lights would die. Was wondering if any of you have had a similar problem and what the outcome was.
 
Bloody cold down there! It was 14degrees in Scotland this morning! :P

I havent had the car cut out on me but I do have a bit of a wobbly idle (200-300RPM range) seems to be fairly common oddly.
This sounds a bit like an O2 sensor issue maybe?
 
I'de check the earths, battery and charging condition first as these cars seem very sensitive to voltage issues. If you are lucky an OBD fault code reader may save on some of the guess-work as there are lots of possible causes.

U sort this? If so, what was the fix?
Experiencing similar atm.
