Rubber creaking noise on acceleration.

Hi guys, I have a 2010 i30 z4. I have noticed that when I accelerate I hear a creaking noise from the rear of the car.
No noise when going over bumps
Not rear trim noise. Took all of it out and checked.
Not door noise. Not any interior trim noise

It sounds like rubber on metal type noise. Only when I accelerate from a slower speed. Once I'm crusing I don't hear it. Went to dealer they don't have a clue.
Anyone have any ideas??
