Royal Christmas tree?

Was Christmas tree shopping last weekend up in Yattendon estates. (Yes, wrapped up, ours fit in the boot of the Z.)

Anyhow I saw this gigantic tree at least 12' tall and couldn't help but wonder how much it cost. Lo and behold it was reserved for someone...

How much was it - can't see the tag clearly. Does that say £400 ???

It was actually £100. Not too much considering we paid £30 for a tree that's 5' tall and pretty average. That one was picture perfect. I could imagine them drinking mulled wine and eating Duchy Organic mince pies whilst decorating it, as you do.

Alternatively, I'd sit under it quaffing lager and eating the monster Toblerone I get every Christmas

Toblerone I get every Christmas
I get one of those and have done every Christmas for over 45 years

They are ace - I am campaigning for two this year as the white chocolate one is so good, but I cannot survive without the classic one :P

Don't like the white chocolate, it has to be the original
