Just recently my 35is had started to run really rough after hard acceleration. The engine management light came on and stayed like that until I turned the ignition off then on again, at which point all would be fine again. Anyway, to cut a long story short, it was a coil pack causing the problem...so offending item replaced and all is well in E89 world once more. On the plus side, the more gentle driving style it forced me into increased my MPG to 36.6 over 280 miles.........
