Roof, windows, central locking problems....help!

Hi guys, wondering if you can help. picked up my 2004 3.0 z4 last week and all was going really well intill i got in it earlier today and realised I could'nt put the roof back up, nor the windows and the central locking doesnt seem to be working either. any ideas?

Is the battery working ok? I assume you can start the car?

Other then that, you could disconnect the negative lead of the battery for a couple of minutes which will reset the systems and then reconnect again.

Yeah, I have to admit I was listening to the stereo without the engine on whilst I was cleaning it out before i went out in it, but the car started fine when I went out.

Ok thanks, i'll try disconecting the battery now and see if it sorts it.
