I think if you have the receipt, and of course the old knackered motor, you may be able to get your money back. More likely though they would want to replace the motor... So if you have already had it fixed then I am not sure you'll get anything out of them. Worth a politely worded phone call or email though

It was originally done at an independent in sheffield. It has been done again at the same independent who said they contacted the local dealer who said they wont cover any of the costs because it was water ingress.

jez its there bad design that lets it suffer from water ingress..... ask you indi to seal the casing up with sealant to try and stop it happening again

Just to update my previous thread. Turned out to be the motor again. Another £600.
