Roof only retract halfway when using remote keyfob.....

Roof retracts fine when I use the central console buttons in-car but hangs at halfway when using the remote....any ideas?
 
The remote is extremely sensitive. The receiver is next to the mirror, so make sure when you test that you stand in front of the windscreen so the roof itself is not blocking the signal. Even hold the key near the mirror in the windscreen to test.
 
excellent, thanks PVR - I do usually approach from the rear diagonal, so this would account for it. My wife says it serves me right for trying to be flash :wink: .
 
I had the same problem when lowering it from behind using the key.... i think as the roof comes down it blocks the receiving... so the roof would always stop half way.

I found lowering my arm towards the ground prevented... or get a remote one touch :lol:
