Roof Motor Replaced - Still Not Working

Hi, I've had my roof motor replaced on my 04 E85, however it is still not working.
Any suggestions on what the issue could be and how much it will cost to fix in the uk?

I can still lower the roof manually so I do not think it is the release valve

I think you my need a few more details to get any useful help.
Is the motor running?
Does it not move in either direction, or just one?
Does it unlock from the screen ok?
What lights do you get on the operating buttons?
Why was it replaced? Are the symptoms still exactly the same, or a different issue?

Have you operated the bowden cable which operates the release valve? If so it could be stuck in which will make it easy to operate the roof manually.

Has the motor been relocated to the boot? If it has, you can unscrew the cable attactment on the pump and check to see if the valve is moving freely, they do corrode and when operated they stick in, so no matter how fast the motor spins pressure cannot be created. If you motor has been put back to its original position you need to move it to the boot before it drowns again.
