Roof is stuck down! What should I do???

Can't find it from the phone, but Bing posted a fairly detailed how to on this. Open the boot and look up under the lip and you should see the emergency release loop. A little red looped handle. Follow Bings instructions or find your handbook.

you pull the red loop and turn it 90 degrees and that allows you to raise the roof by hand - if the roof wont finish the closing electronically - you take an allen key - open the compartment in the front and centre of the roof - and manually close the roof with the allan key - yo uwill see a hexaganal scocket - turn that with the allen key and it will close and lock the roof

Emergency actuator
If the electrics or hydraulics fail, the soft-top can be raised/lowered by means of the emergency
actuator.
To raise the soft-top using the emergency actuator, the following procedure must be followed:
- Open bypass circuit on hydraulic pump unit by pulling cable.
- Release soft-top stowage compartment catch by pulling cable.
- Raise soft-top to windscreen top rail by hand.
- Engage windscreen top rail lock using Allen key.
For lowering the soft-top with the emergency actuator, the procedure is reversed.
Opening bypass circuit on hydraulic pump unit:
In the boot on the left-hand side below the soft-top stowage compartment base there is a
release cable with a plastic pull handle. The plastic pull handle is pulled out as far as it will
go and then locked in that position by turning it through 90º. This opens a bypass circuit
in the hydraulic pump unit. The soft-top can then be moved by hand.
Emergency stowage compartment catch release
The soft-top stowage compartment catch must then be released. This involves pulling the
release cable on the rear boot trim panel. The soft-top stowage compartment catch then
disengages. The release cable is on the boot bulkhead. Pulling the release cable handle
from inside the boot releases the soft-top stowage compartment catch. The soft-top can
then be raised up to the windscreen top rail by hand.
Operating the windscreen top rail lock manually:
To lock the soft-top to the windscreen top rail, the plastic trim on the front roof bow must
be removed. Below the plastic trim panel is a socket-head bolt. Using the Allen key supplied
in the vehicle toolkit, the windscreen top rail lock can then be locked or unlocked manually.

Thanks guys 
The roof is up , but I think must of flooded the motor when I had the roof half down to clean the algae in between the small spaces and a hose oops
Someone tell me what's the damage?
It locks into place fine , It's just the up and down motion!!!

Was the motor making any noise at all? Did you have any lights on the actuation swich? this may help diagnosis,
Best eliminate the cheap options first,
- Check fuses in the glovebox, if a big item like the motor has been flooded it may well blow a fuse.
- Also make sure the rear roof drains are clear to drain the motor cavity and let things dry out properly, then try again (having returned the bypass cable/lever to it's functioning position, checked all micro switches are not damaged and the boot cover is properly in place)
If it's still not working after these checks you can panic, as it may be the main roof motor

If it's any consolation, your cleaning may just have been the straw that broke the camel's back - the motors last a long time underwater, so it was probably on it's way out anyway if it has failed.
You're looking at about £350 for the bits and £300 labour. If you are handy with tools then you can save yourself £300 by doing it yourself. There is a great guide on here by Shipkiller, just search in e85/86 problems for roof motor.
It's no problem moving it by hand, just make sure you have a person to lift / lower the other side or always reach over and grip in the middle to avoid twisting the mechanism. When it's down it should still lock in place with the button if the electrics are working
