Roof Glass Bumps Latch On Open

Hey everybody

I recently had my original top replaced with a Robbins Auto Top on my 2005 2.5i. When the top is opening, the glass bumps the latch on the way down. The original top never had this problem.

Any ideas what could be causing this?
