Came across these today:

Left hand one is for sale too.
Slight catch, both seem to have a small tear, but the fabric can also be sourced for about £25 on ebay, search wind deflector repair z4, or something like that.
May still work out too pricey, but you could negotiate a discount with the seller perhaps!
