reversing sensors and number plate lights

I eventually got my LED number plate lights from Joe at Sopers and tried fitting them yesterday. I broke one of the fiddly little clips in the process so need to go to my local dealer today who has some in stock.

However, I managed to fit one of the LED units but now have no number plate lights at all and I noticed conincidentally that the reverse parking sensors dont work either. They worked fine before.

Are they connected in some way? all of the rear lights work fine so I was hoping that it is a fuse issue? The dealer I spoke to just wanted to book the car in for the famous 'investigation'.

All ideas and advice welcome as I can get on to it today. Cheers

sounds like a fuse has blown

Auto electrician. Rang him at 12.00midday. arrived at 12 20. took one look and said the wires were roound the wrong way switched them and they lit up lovely. checked the Parking sensors and found they were fine so god knows why they didnt work yesterday. £20.00 and all sorted. happy days
