Retrofitting Paddle Shifters

Would these fit on a 2006 3.0i?

With rewiring so that left is down, right is up?

Also, kind of a side question, but doesn't need a new thread, does the M steering wheel have paddles? And whats the cheapest price?
 
Those are for the E89 I think it states? - I recently sold an M steering wheel for £200 which had paddles fitted. But Second M steering wheels are rare, even rarer with paddles due to less autoboxs. However you can retrofit paddles if you can source them
